due to the mystery nature of our products, all sales are final.

we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • mystery scoops
  • personal preference
  • duplicate items received within a scoop
  • change of mind after purchase

each scoop is designed to be a surprise experience, and item variations are part of the intended product concept.

damages and issues

please inspect your order upon delivery. if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

to report an issue, email snibbyyco@gmail.com with:

  • your order number
  • photos of the item(s) and packaging
  • a brief description of the issue

claims submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery may not be eligible for resolution.

because of the mystery and curated nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • opened or used items
  • personalized or custom products
  • sale items
  • gift cards

exchanges

we do not offer exchanges at this time. if an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will review your claim and offer a replacement or appropriate resolution when applicable.

refunds

refunds are only issued if an order is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

if approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
