during high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and your location. estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

snibby is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, postal service interruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control once a package has been shipped.

customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

snibby is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. if a package is returned due to an address error, additional shipping fees may be required to resend the order.

lost, stolen, or delayed packages

 

once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, snibby’s is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

if your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.
